Prompt Backend
Whether we're working on a particular screen, flow, or feature — we just need to inform Guxxy (that's what I call it) the goal, platform, and where the user is in their journey. This helps our team craft tailored copy, and come up with A/B messaging tests to see what clicks best with our audiences.
GPT prompt → generated UX copy
Real User Prompt:"We want to welcome new users to Live Radio with a friendly, confident intro message. Keep it warm, not pushy. It should briefly explain what Live Radio offers and encourage them to hit play."
The Problem
Designers were wasting time hunting for microcopy examples and rewriting the same flows over and over. There wasn’t a consistent, fast way to generate quality UX copy—especially for accessibility-first designs.
The Fix
I built a custom GPT trained on our internal voice, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
Tailored prompts for specific flows: onboarding, empty states, tooltips, errors
Baked-in accessibility guardrails and tone of voice
Shared across the team via ChatGPT, workgroups and slack channels.
Designed an easy prompt library so anyone could generate helpful copy fast
The results
The tool quickly became a go-to across product squads and reduced number of copy refinements by 50%.
Increased copywriting speed for designers + POs
Reduced reliance on SMEs for common copywriting
Became a widely-used internal tool across multiple product squads
Featured in internal demos and highly recommended and sought after across departments
